Welcome to Club Series South at SeaCliff on-the-Greens Developed by Cayman Development in 1987, SeaCliff on the Greens is a beautiful guard-gated community located just north of Pacific Coast Highway and west of Goldenwest in Huntington Beach, Surf City USA. SeaCliff on the Greens is known for the builder's use of broad, frequently placed greenbelt areas, landscaped with lush, mature trees and waterscapes. Club Series South is comprised of 238 attached town homes with five floor plans. The homeowners maintain their own sub-association, as well as being a part of the overall Community Association. There are three pools and three spas that are maintained by the sub-association in Club Series South. Club Series South has an active Board of Directors and several homeowner committees that largely focus on issues of CC&R compliance, landscaping, architectural modifications, traffic, safety and communications. A 10-minute walk to the beach or to the Bolsa Chica Wetlands, pride of ownership, and a sense of community, are just some of the factors that make SeaCliff on the Greens so unique.
